Help people grow and develop

We offer coaching through North East Coaching Collective, mentoring and action learning set facilitation for individuals, teams and groups living, working and volunteering for positive social change. We know the difference coaching, mentoring and action learning makes so make this affordable and within reach for our sector.

Grow a coaching culture in our sector

We work alongside others to create, grow and champion a coaching culture across our VCSE sector in the north east and within individual organisations. We design and run programmes to learn about coaching and using a coaching approach such as Leader and manager as coach. We work with individual organistions to help them develop a coaching and action learning culture. We celebrate and champion coaching by taking part in International Coaching Week in May each year and harnessing collective effort to offer free coaching programmes when we can such as Supporting our sector through COVID-19 coaching offer.

Grow a coaching ecosystem in our region

We host the North East Coaching Collective for coaches committed to coaching for social change. This builds on our work running the ILM Level 5 Certificate in coaching and mentoring between 2016 and 2020 for people to qualify as coaches. We think and work alongside other organisations and institutions with a passion for coaching to grow a thriving ecosystem.
