We work with voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises, collaborations and networks, and people working independently for social change. We work with individuals, teams, groups, whole organisations and systems.

Our methods and tools

We use all sorts of methods and approaches such as training, coaching, action learning, mentoring, reflective practice, action inquiry, workshops, away days, planning days, facilitation and more.

We will help you learn, experiment, and innovate your own way, bringing in examples, tools and practices to guide our work together, transferring knowledge and experience, and building capacity.

Our approach

Our approach is collaborative and strength-based. We learn about you and your needs and co-design our work together, working to a principle of “just enough”. We root in our work in your values, and bring a system and complexity informed way of working.

Our work ranges from one off half-day workshops and one-day planning days, to a series of sessions over a couple of months, to a year long learning programme to multi-year learning partnership.
